Service description:

  1. Luxury vehicle - See pictures and description at http://www.legendsofpr.com/Honda_Odyssey.htm 
  2. Passenger capacity: 1 to 6; with no luggage
  3. Passenger capacity: 1 to 5, with luggage
  4. Rate only applies to passengers arriving and departing in the same flights.
  5. This tour is recommended for passengers in which the airline will automatically transfer their luggage to the connecting airplane.
  6. Service begins approximately an 30 minutes to an hour after your airplane lands.
  7. Total service time:  4 hours
  8. A tour voucher will be e-mailed and must be presented to the driver.
  9. Driver, holding a welcome sign, will meet and greet the passenger (s) outside the luggage claim area at the San Juan Airport.
  10. Passenger (s) will carry his/her own luggage and tips the baggage handler if decides to use this service.
  11. Driver will receive luggage from passenger (s) and load in the vehicle's compartment.

    This tour includes visiting the farmers market, sightseeing of modern San Juan, an option to visit the Museum of Ponce inside Plaza Las Americas Mall (admission fee to the museum not included), tour guide will show and provide information on the sculptures and medallions at the mall, option to shop and 1 hour for transfer time
     
  13. The passengers tours the castles on their own, if open.  Admission fee not included. The castles admits public until 4:00 p.m.  The tour guide waits outside.

Walking limitations -

  • This tour was designed to be flexible for travelers with walking limitations.
  • The dynamic of the tour can be changed in case some of the travelers that wish to see up-close the historical sites, but can not walk long distances.
  • We can combine a walking tour with short transfer stops on board a tour van.
  • The passengers will ride on board the bus from site to site.
  • The tour guide will walk short distances with the passengers and provides the information while everyone sits at the site.  Remember to bring your camera.
  • The driver will pick up the passengers at each site.
  • Passengers that wishes or needs to stay on board the bus will be entertained with music while waiting with the driver at the designated parking area.

  1. Walking, bus tour and transportation service takes place rain or shine.
  2. Will not accept customers in our tours under the influence of alcohol and will not be refunded.
  3. Legends of Puerto Rico’s goals are that all participants have an enjoyable and tranquil experience during our tours; for such reason, we reserve the right of admission.
  4. Will not refund on the day of the tour, for NO-show and late arrivals, client decides to leave the tour, does not find the tour's or transportation departure location because did not print nor follow the instructions specified on the tour's voucher.
  5. No refunds. We have reserved and guaranteed the date and schedule for the customer; therefore, not accepting business from other clients. We suggest claim your travel insurance.
  6. Full refund when a tour has low booking; meaning that the minimum required of reservation is not met.  The client will also have the option to take the same tour with the same rate at another time and/or date.  The NO REFUND policy item 4 applies when the client accepts to not be refunded and take the tour on another date and/or time and confirms by phone or fax or in person or e-mail.

Flight cancellations – NO refunds if the flight is cancelled.  The client has the option to re-schedule the tour to an available date.  No refund when the client cancels after confirming by phone or fax or in person or e-mail to take the tour on another date due to flight cancellation.  We suggest claim your travel insurance.

Flight delayed – We monitor the flights and our staff will meet and greet the passengers at the real arrival time. No refund available because the tour or transportation service will be modified in according to the arrival time, accessibility to the sites, to the cruise ship’s boarding schedule and departing flight schedule.  No refunds for the time shorten due to any reason that delays the tour's start time.

Cruise ship cancellations – NO refunds when customer misses excursion because the cruise ship fails to dock in San Juan on scheduled date and time.  We suggest claim your travel insurance.

Cruise ship delayed –

  1. (Private tour) No refunds. We monitor the cruise ships and our staff will meet and greet the passengers at the real arrival time. No refund available because the private tour will be modified in according to the time, accessibility to the sites and to the cruise ship’s boarding schedule. 
     
  2. (None private tour) NO refunds to customer when a cruise ship docks in the San Juan Port after the walking tour's starting schedule. We have reserved and guaranteed the date and schedule for the customer; therefore, not accepting business from other clients. No refund for customers that decides to join the group when the cruise ship docks in the San Juan Port after the walking tour's starting schedule. Customer will refer to the instructions provided on the tour voucher regarding how to contact the guide and join the group.

Guests late arrival –

  1. The schedule will not be extended due to the client’s late arrival at the departure location at the hotel; the service ends at the time scheduled when the reservation was confirmed.
  2. The schedule will not be extended due to the client’s late arrival at the departure location at the Pier when the ship docked prior or prompt in according on the original time scheduled; the service ends at the time scheduled when the reservation was confirmed.

Weather conditions –

  1. While the service is in progress, cancellations due to weather conditions are solely at the discretion of the driver or tour guide. A 50% will be made if the service that is in progress is cancelled due to severe weather conditions.
  2. No refund if the tour or transfer service is cancelled prior to commencing the service due to severe weather conditions. We have reserved and guaranteed the date and schedule for the customer; therefore, not accepting business from other clients. We suggest claim your travel insurance.
     
Waiver

Legends of Puerto Rico, Inc. will not be liable for any loss or injury, damage or loss of property, including but not limited to loss of life, suffered by the client; whether or not said loss, injury or damage was caused or related by acts of Legends of Puerto Rico, Inc., its agents, officers, shareholders, sponsors, endorsers, representatives or employees.  By confirming my reservation I release Legends of Puerto Rico, Inc., of all claims, and assume all the risk related to the services provided by such corporation, its employees, officers, shareholders, sponsors, endorsers, agents or representatives.

By confirming reservations of the tour, I acknowledge I have read, understood and accepted the terms as specified in this waiver.

Private Tour Guide custom made tour design fee:

We put in many hours and effort in researching and designing a custom made tour. Past experiences has taught us that some customers have utilized our knowledge and resources and opted to hire another tour guide, tour operator or gone on their own with the information we provided to them free of charge.  For such reason, a non-refundable US$150.00 tour design fee will be charged prior to providing suggestions and or alternatives to your Private Tour Guide reservation request.  When the customer confirms the reservations, the $150.00 design fee will be subtracted from the tour guide services quoted fee
