refund on the day of the tour, for NO-show and late arrivals, client decides
to leave the tour, does not find the tour's or transportation departure location because did
not print nor follow the instructions specified on the tour's voucher.

Full refund when a tour has low booking; meaning that the minimum required of
reservation is not met. The client will also have the option to take
the same tour with the same rate at another time and/or
date. The NO REFUND policy item 4 applies when
the client accepts to not be refunded and take the tour on another date
and/or time and confirms by phone or fax or in person or e-mail.
Flight
cancellations
– NO refunds if the flight is cancelled. The
client has the option to re-schedule the tour to an available date. No refund
when the client cancels after confirming

Flight delayed

We monitor the flights and our staff will meet and greet the passengers at the
real arrival time. No refund available because the tour or transportation
service will be modified in according to the arrival time, accessibility to
the sites, to the cruise ship’s boarding schedule and departing flight
schedule.
No refunds for the time shorten due to any reason that
delays the tour's start time.
Cruise ship
cancellations – NO refunds
when
customer misses excursion because the cruise ship fails to dock in San Juan on
scheduled date and time.

No refunds. We monitor the cruise ships and our staff will meet and
greet the passengers at the real arrival time. No refund available because
the private tour will be modified in according to the time, accessibility to the
sites and to the cruise ship’s boarding schedule.

customer when a cruise ship docks in the San Juan Port after the walking
tour's starting schedule. We have reserved and guaranteed the date and
schedule for the customer; therefore, not accepting business from other
clients. No refund for customers that decides to join the group when the
cruise ship docks in the San Juan Port after the walking tour's starting
schedule. Customer will refer to the instructions provided on the tour
voucher regarding how to contact the guide and join the group.
Guests late
arrival –

The schedule will not be extended due to the client’s
late arrival at the departure location at the hotel; the service ends
at the time scheduled when the reservation was confirmed.

prior or prompt in according on the original time scheduled; the service

Weather
conditions –

While the service is in progress, cancellations due to
weather conditions are solely at the discretion of the driver or tour guide.
A 50% will be made if the service
that is in progress
is cancelled due to severe weather
conditions.

No refund if the tour or transfer service is cancelled
prior to commencing the service due to severe weather conditions.

of Puerto Rico, Inc. will not be liable for any loss or injury, damage or loss
of property, including but not limited to loss of life, suffered by the client; whether or not said
loss, injury or damage was caused or related by acts of Legends of Puerto Rico,
Inc., its agents, officers, shareholders, sponsors, endorsers, representatives
or employees. By confirming my reservation I release Legends of Puerto
Rico, Inc., of all claims, and assume all the risk related to the services
provided by such corporation, its employees, officers, shareholders, sponsors,
endorsers, agents or representatives.
By
confirming reservations of the tour, I acknowledge I have read, understood and accepted the
terms as specified in this waiver.

information you submit to us (like, say, your address and credit card
information.) will remain absolutely private. This Web site contains links

Tour Guide custom made tour design fee: |
We
put in many hours and effort in researching and designing a custom made
tour. Past experiences has
taught us that some customers have utilized our knowledge and resources and
opted to hire another tour guide, tour operator or gone on their own with the
information we provided to them free of charge.
For such reason, a non-refundable US$150.00 tour design fee will be charged prior
to providing suggestions and or alternatives to your Private Tour Guide
reservation request. When
the customer confirms the reservations, the $150.00 design fee will be subtracted from the tour
guide services quoted fee
